Au revoir, Summer 2013!

It’s time to say goodbye to Summer 2013. And once again, it’s time to say ‘hi’ to school. I’m not really that masipag in class, but I’ll have to admit, I like school. I like being in the classroom and being with my friends. So, yeah! I’m really looking forward to tomorrow, the first day of classes! And yes! I’m in my second year of college! Hooray!

So, this past weekend, my family and I spent our last summer 2013 weekend. We went to Tagaytay Highlands. And we also celebrated my cousin, Thirdy’s 6th birthday in advanced.

It was cold in the morning, but it wasn’t very hot that afternoon. I guess, the proper word is gloomy. And it rained! So we had to wait for the cable carts to be going again. Luckily, our wait was not in vain!

Today, I’m back in Sunny Manila! It’s really sunny, but the monsoon season are heading, I guess. Hopefully, the weather permits me to layer and layer and layer all the way! My fingers are crossed!

Any first day of school outfit suggestions? Haha! I don’t even know if I should wear my uniform already or just wear civilian clothes. Haha! What do you think?

I’ve been seeing a lot of muscle tees around. And before I bid goodbye to these fresh and cool outfits, let me just grab the opportunity to wear this tee that I’ve been dying to get my hands on for weeks! Haha!

I asked my friends where I could buy one, and they referred this online shop called Mix & Match Shop. Visit their Instagram account, they have it all! Anyway, I met up with the owner yesterday and I got my order! Easy as 1, 2 and 3!

Oh, and have I told you that their items are very affordable? Hihi! Yes, they are! Hurry up and order! Limited stocks only!

In the Philippines, there are two seasons only; wet and dry. And as the month June is coming up, the wet season is also heading towards us. Time to bring out my cardigans and knitted sweaters. Don’t get me wrong, I’m looking forward to this season, because I have this thing for layering. Haha! I love layering.

Super Seventeen!

So, I celebrated my 17th birthday yesterday! Yay! Yes, I am now officially 17! One more year ’til I become a legal aged citizen. Hihi! My last year of being a total teen. Isn’t it terrific and horrible at the same time?

Anyway, I didn’t have that much of a party because I’m saving it all up for my 18th birthday. My friends just came to our house then we ate and bonded and everything. Haha!

Any of these babies will do. You know, I’m having a hard time finding THE perfect pair of jeans, so to fix it, I just buy and slip on some leggings. Perfect!

Hoping that my mom will give this to me as a birthday present! Hahaha!

I know it’s kind’a *lame, but happy birthday!

18 years ago, a goddess was born! Haha! A goddess, in the form of man. Chos!

Getting all camera whore. I remember, this was in McDonald’s. Haha!

Dan Denmark Mallari Jani, happy 18th birthday to you. I’m really so blessed to have a friend like you. I still remember the first day of our first year in college, I was so shy to talk to you. Haha! We were seatmates (technically, Melissa was sitting in our midst). Pero ang una mong napansin ay ‘yung Prada kong bag. Haha! Akala ko tahimik ka, AKALA KO! Haha!

I’m sorry if we tend to fight and argue sometimes, even over the smallest of things. Hindi ko kasi matanggap na mas maganda ka sa’kin. Haha! But srslyy, you’re my one of my best friends, and ikaw ang pinakamaganda sa kanila (Marie, Camille, Laisa, Mel, Cy, pagbigyan at birthday). =p Promise, kapag sinabi kong hintayin mo ako sa kanto para sabay tayong pumasok, hindi ako tatanghaliin ng gising. Haha! Dahil ngayon, hihintayin na natin si Donya Camille sa kanto.

Haha! I remember this! We were supposed to cook rice and tinolang manok using that bamboo. It was for our camping dry-run!

Again, I’m really so blessed to have a friend like you. You’ve always been so good to me. You’ve been a shoulder to cry on (kapag binubully ako ni Wence), campaign manager, study buddy (pinasossy-ng term ng kakopyahan), fellow food critic (laiterang matakaw, in short), fellow cam whore, partner-in-crime pagdating sa boys, and most importantly, you’re always there when I need you. Sino ba namang hindi matutuwa na kaibigan mo, ‘di ba?

This was just earlier, at school! We were enrolling for the coming term. Hooray! We survived BulSU enrollment! We’re now officially, second year students! <3

Kettle Korn: Poppin’ Fun All the Time!

As I watch movies, I think about starring in my own movie. Haha! I know that it’s a bit off, but a girl can dream, right?

If I were to star in my own movie, I want it to be a musical/martial arts/chic flick kind of movie. Where the typical boy meets girl but there’s some music and action in between. Haha! It’s like the boy saw the girl  for the first time and he thinks that it’s love at first sight, but the girl is kind’a hesitant, knowing that she has a mission to be a ninja or whatsoever, then they’re gonna sing different songs in between, and voila! They’ll live, not happily ever after, ’cause they’ll both die some time after the movie, right? But that’s it!

And of course! The crunch of the sound of Kettle Korn makes watching movies poppin’ fun, all the time! The crunchiness of Kettle Korn, compared to the other pop corn brands is different. It’s fresh and it’s really tasty and it gives us satisfaction. That’s why whenever I watch a movie, I make sure that I have a pack of Kettle Korn ’cause with Kettle Korn, it’s poppin’ fun all the time!
